We are a public body created to facilitate economic and community development in the Dayton region. We have been active for almost 25 years and in that time have participated in dozens of financing transactions and other economic and community development projects.
We can provide long-term fixed rate financing for real estate development, adaptive reuse, public improvements, energy efficiency, and company/organization expansion. This financing compliments other project capital sources.
We can also be a vehicle for capital leases, real estate acquisition, developer loans, board conduit financing, and aggregation of incentive financing packages.
